The Bos family has been a part of the Siloam Springs community for more than 25 years and love living in Northwest Arkansas. They settled in this area after both graduating from John Brown University in the early ‘90s. They have a married daughter (with a grandchild and one on the way!) a son that lives and works in Bentonville, and their youngest daughter attends school in Siloam Springs.

The Bos's share a passion for cross-cultural ministry and count their season as missionaries in Guinea-Bissau, Africa as one of the most significant milestones in their family's spiritual growth and understanding of the power of the Gospel to transform lives. They love coffee, soccer, and laughing in the midst of the serious work of discipleship.

Larry Bland

Larry and Dianna have been a part of New Heights since 2015.  Larry currently serves as a member of the elder board.

Larry and Diana have been married since 1970. They count 6 children with 3 of them through birth and 3 more through marriage to their children. In the same manner, they now count 18 grandchildren.

They have been active in Bible study for most of their life which helps them to disciple others through community groups, create classes on how to study the Bible, and serve others in times of need. Diana is known within the family as the prayer warrior.  They both support missions outreach through giving, short-term missions trips, prayer and hosting missionaries on furlough.
